Description
The ability to throttle speed in accordance to the time. Does not require a "planning" ability, but merely recognition of time and the corresponding speed associated with that time. Should probably have a setting for each half hour double example shown below.
e.g.
1 50kb/s
2 50kb/s
3 50kb/s
4 50kb/s
..
23 500kb/s
24(h) 500kb/s
time = 23:33 therefore max speed allowance = 500kb/s
Such a simple, crucial, yet absent feature.

"Would it be possible to build upon the speed limit option by adding in time based limits?
Something like this incorporated into FileZilla would be great: http://i.imgur.com/9kFaks6.jpg
Limit upload/download (categorized as "Limited") and then the option of full speed." -- #9650

I'd like this feature too.
