Description
I have Filezilla 3.9.0.5 x64, but the automated update installed 3.9.0.6 x86.
Also my current version (3.9.0.5 x64) won't be uninstalled during the update process.

This can happen if FileZilla was moved to a different directory or if the registry entries created by the installer were deleted or damaged.
The installation directory is written to the default value of the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\FileZilla Client" registry key.

Thanks for the quick reply. The registry-entry looks fine since the update. Unfortunately I can't tell if it was corrupted before.

P.s.: I noticed now (sorry), that filezilla is for x64 and x86. The problem seems that somehow version 3.9.0.5 was installed in "C:\Program Files\" while the new version (via auto-update) was installed in "C:\Program Files(x86)\".
Installing updates in the same folder as the current version seems to be the solution to this problem.
