Unable to load a file on the server with Filezilla.

Description
I am on Windows Vista family edition 64 bits.
I checked and I have the latest version of Filezilla client.
I try to save files on the server via Filezilla. It seems to try 3 times, but it doesn't do anything, the file is not loaded. I tried many times. Nothing works.

As one file was uploaded and the other not, it does not seem to be a general problem.
Are you sure Excel is not running and the file "Retraites-inscriptions.xls" is not currently in use by any program?
