Description
Hi,
the Debian pakage from Filezilla 3.5.3 and the version from the filezilla website does have this bug. Im not sure but its possible that it had somesthing to do with TLS Negotation (or Renegotation).
Version 3.2.7 works fine, with the same settings.
FTP Server is ProFTPd with various different TLS settings ( I tried everything... )

I have the same problem on Linux Mint 14, filezilla 3.6.0.2
Ascii files over 196.608 bytes stop at 196.608 bytes and filezilla keeps waiting.
The problem disappears if I do not transfer to a samba-network-drive (whether NAS mounted or unmounted).
The NAS-mounting is also influencing the slow start bug #3267.

Can you provide logs -http://trac.filezilla-project.org/wiki/TicketSubmissionGuide#Logs? Do you get a timeout? What happens?
