Hardcoded colour issues with dark themes

The current versions of FileZilla and the FileZilla
Server Interface have some colour issues. I recently
changed my computer's colour scheme to be mainly
white-on-black. Unfortunately it seems some of the text
has been hardcoded to black, so I can't see any of it!

Is it possible to have it use the Windows
theme-colours, or provide a customization option somewhere?

Can you please test the most recent versions of FileZilla 2, FileZilla Server and FileZilla 3 beta?

I also have this issue with Filezilla client 3.0 on Linux with a high contrast theme. Only certain portions are affected: "Local site:", "Remote site:", "Queued files", "Failed transfers", "Successful transfers", etc.

Icons like "Q" and "R" and "?" have the same issue as they are black with a transparent background. A subtle outline would help.

According to the following bug report, the issue has been fixed for FileZilla 3:
[ 1922919 ] Hardcoded colours make some text invisible

FileZilla 2 is not supported anymore, so if it still has the issue, it won't be fixed anymore. As a result, this item is about FileZilla Server, which still might have this issue.

"The log window area of the Admin tool changes the font color to black but
leaves the background color up to Windows. This makes the log messages
invisible unless the text is selected when Windows uses a black background
(such as the High Contrast Themes)."

Triage suggestion

I can confirm that this is an issue in FileZilla Server 0.9.60. When I set the Windows theme to any of the "High contrast" themes, the log information renders as black-on-black. However, the message "Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in." displays as red-on-black.
