Evry time I try to upgrade to the latest version I get "Timer Creation Failed. This has been happenening for evry update I try

Technical nitpick: You're not updating yet since the update file couldn't be downloaded in the first place.
This problem has been fixed ages ago in version 3.2.5, you can always download the most recent version from http://filezilla-project.org/
