clicking twice even if after delay on file/folder name, shows text box to rename it.

Description
I select one folder or file by clicking once, it shows highlighted with blue bar.
Then when i again clicks for drag and drop the selected file/folder name becomes text box for renaming it, even though drag and drop works fine.
I think if I clicked another time after some delay then it should not become editable, right?
