Could be a temporary mirror outage.

Does the problem persist if you try to update?

I tried it a lot of times from the early morning till now, but every time I get the same Error. Trying the url with my FireFox there are no problems to receive the updated file.

Are you using any firewalls, virus scanners or so-called security solutions? What happens if you uninstall them?

There is no firewall and no virus scanner running. We can download via ftp client or browser without any trouble. What else shall I check to find the problem?

Please use a tool like Wireshark and attach a complete package dump of an update attempt.

I'm not familiar with such tools but I tried to get a protocol for you.
