All text boxes populated with domain name

Description
When I create a new site, all the text boxes are populate the the domain name for my site. This includes the ftp port, the local and remote default directories - I can't seem to be able to save the new site, so I'm having to roll back to an older version.

This is not a problem with FileZilla. It is a known problem in some third party software that fills out the text boxes for you.
