sitemanager.xml directory to be a confgiruation value

More important in Windows environments: The directory where the sitemanager.xml file is stored is not a setting we can change (it is %APPDATA%/FileZilla ).

We want to be able to configure in Filezilla an other directory (in our case a directory in a truecrypt disc) so that if laptops get stollen no information about the ftp servers we connect to gets compromised.
(in the same sense that we can tell where a profile is stored in firefox or thunderbird at the moment).
