Program loading speed

Description
It's great that so many useful improvements are being made, but the rich features set seems to be dramatically increasing the program loading time. It would be some help if you could allow the screen to just pop up and become able to accept it's first instruction immediately, so at least you don't need to wait twice.
It would also be a big help in searching the open tickets to have the search filters (quoting for phrases, and, or, * and ?, etc.)on a popup by the search box.
It's nice to have the cc text box, but it would also be nice to have the login user's email as the default.

It's that on all the support site & software knowledge base sites in the world the search engine is unintelligent and the user tricks for making it slightly intelligent are hidden... If there are ways to distinguish search for phrases rather than words, or for prefixes or suffixes or phrases with missing words etc, (using ?, *, ", AND, OR etc.) then the place to put the list of options is a popup from a button immediately adjacent to the search button.
One of the other almost universally missing key functionalities to web forms is the self-cc button. I'm not pitching for things to be ridiculously feature laden, just made more service oriented.

We are using Trac here at the moment and its query interface has the features available at <http://trac.filezilla-project.org/query>. I fear that if Trac doesn't yet offer what you wish, you have to file a feature request at the Trac RFE tracker.
If it really is an issue with this Trac installation, please file a new RFE for component "other".
One "issue" should only cover exactly one problem or feature. Thank you.

Can you please test a current version of FileZilla?
My computer "Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU D525 @ 1.80GHz" loads FileZilla in a few seconds until it is ready for full use. I am using Kubuntu 12.04.

You might also have a look at #3267.
I understand the reported bug, but not the issues with Trac. Can you explain those a bit more?
