"Allow Open With as you do "Open"
I have Windows Vista Home Home Premium 64 bit.
I have Windows Office 2003.
I have FileZilla 3.1.1.1
When I right click on a file in Office 2003, I am offerd both "Open With" and "Open" in a windows file directly.
When I right click on a file in the left directory list of FileZilla 3.1.1.1 I only am offerd "Open". "Open With" shold also be included in the drop down menu. That will allow me to open .html files with notepad. "Open With" would allow me to edit files directly from the file directory listed in FileZilla and would be a great time saver.

I cannot open .doc files, it is a proprietary and unethical file format.

Many documents i open from the 'open' menu open with the default notepad application. It does not render unix codded line breaks characters very well. (as in it doesn't at all) It would be very useful to specify which editor I open a file in.

"When we set the selected extension with more than one editor, it would show up the "Open With" and the name of the editors to pick that are assigned to the selected extension file in the "Filetype associations" settings.
Sometimes you want to open in a editor that you get to compare files, other in other editor to translate files and so on." - #4708

This affects all current versions of Windows, and is part of the Windows interface standard. I think it should have higher priority than "low".
