Auto-upgrader does not close all instances of Filezilla

Description
The auto-upgrader from Windows 3.1.0.1 to 3.1.1.1 attempted to close running instances of Filezilla to complete the install. It closed one but I had multiple instances open so it failed and I had to manually close the others to continue the install.

This is by design, only the instance that starts the installer closes itself. All other running instances are unharmed to prevent potential data loss.
Furthermore, in a multi-user environment it is impossible to close all other instances, it is sometimes even impossible to say if there's some other instance running. Only indication might be that filezilla.exe is locked for writing, but that can have other causes as well.
