Does not re-open after upgrading

Description
FileZilla does not re-open itself after auto-upgrading. I opened the app to work in it, so why, after upgrading, wouldn't it re-open itself (i.e. return me to the state I was in before it did its thing)? Thanks, Atg

Process elevation. Under Vista, the installer runs as Administrator and so do all programs started by the installer.
