Ctrl+A doesn't select all files in Unix version

When using the Unix/Linux version of FileZilla, Ctrl+A does not invoke a selection of all files in the focused pane (local or remote).

As is, the only way to select all files is to click on the first, and shift+click on the last.

Thanks for reporting. This issue has been fixed in the SVN
repository and will be available with the next version.
