Files 'transferred successfully' but not in destination, and can still see them in FileZilla

Description

I use FileZilla regularly but have never come across this before - the files that I upload to Adobe Analytics data sources both ‘transferred successfully’ but I don’t see the data in Adobe Analytics. I normally see them within 24hrs, and it has now been over 2 days.
When I check FileZilla, the files are still in there, where normally they would disappear.
This has happened for both of my separate clients' uploads so I don’t think I’ve done anything wrong. What can I do? I don’t want to re-upload before confirming as it won’t overwrite it but add the numbers, so if both eventually upload, the numbers would be twice their value.
When possible, I can attach the files for review and a screenshot example of FileZilla

Note that FileZilla is merely the tool you are using to transfer files, which is working correctly according to you.

We cannot assist you with deciding which files to transfer, where to transfer them to nor anything that happens to the files after they have been transferred.
