Description
For quite the past few versions my menu icons have been off. Started with an upgrade about 2 years ago, never self corrected through every other version update.

You're using a legacy theme that doesn't scale. Please change to the default icon set on the Themes page in the settings dialog.
These legacy themes will eventually be removed.
