This is the error I get when trying to edit/transfer files for my website in the FileZilla client: https://imgur.com/a/LKyOY

I read about this on a forum and people said I should submit a ticket for this error.

I'm not sure what the error means or how to fix it so that's why I'm creating this ticket.

If you need it, here's the server address: 31.170.165.111

I hope you can fix this as soon as possible.
