Theme Icons fuzzy at Scale Factor 4.00

Description
First, Love the product and have had no technical issues with it.
Jumped from version 3.19 to 3.24.1 and with that the Theme reset to default. Started working thru Settings>Interface>Themes.
Have a large monitor and decided on using the max scale factor 4.0 to make larger buttons. Found that most of the different themes fuzzed at the larger scale factor.
Running my Windows 7 Display at the default "Smaller - 100% (default)" setting.
Looking for some more color in the icon bar.
Thought that "OpenCrystal", "SuN" and "Tango" were the best at Scale Factor 4.0.

All icon sets other than the default one simply do not exist in high enough resolution. They would need to be recreated from scratch.
