Transfer pauses when window in background

Description
Hi there
When I transfer files
If i put the window in the background the transfer pauses until i switch back to the filezilla window.
If i switch away long enough the transfer fails and moves to the Failed transfers tab.

Apple would say this isn't a bug, it's a feature. This happens because of Apple's App Nap.
In FileZilla 3.25.0, App Nap will be disabled during transfers.
Rant: App Nap is a moronic feature, it's only purpose is to work around badly written programs, at the cost of breaking properly written programs, requiring the latter to implement a workaround to disable App Nap.
