Password problem 530 Log in Authentication

I've been using FileZilla for more then 3 years. However, now I can't use my log in credentials any more. Not sure what happened.

I always log in by copying and pasting all information. It's stopped working on my Mac. I've been using Mac for 5 years.

How can I log in please? How can I change password?

Status: newclosed

Please double-check your login credentials, watch our for character case and leading/trailing whitespace. If the problem persists you need to contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance.

I really checked the credentials and also typed in by hand several times. It just doesn't work. How do I change the password please?

I made sure the password was written correctly. Now I understand that I should not contact you any more.
