Malware Flagged when I Tried to Download the Installer

Description

I just attempted to download the Mac version of FileZilla from the link below.

https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?platform=osx

When I clicked the large green button to download the installer Avast blocked it showing the window below.

That´s because the installer is bundled... ​http://www.pandasecurity.com/mediacenter/malware/careful-filezilla-malware-imitates-perfectly/

The Windows version has it since years now! Did also get it, and now I need to wipe the computer from it.

There is no malware in the official downloads. All malware warnings you might see when downloading from ​https://filezilla-project.org are false positives from badly written AV products.
