No longer able to connect after latest update

Description
I've been using FileZilla very happily for quite some time but since I've run the update today I can no longer connect to one of my servers. When I first tried to it came up with a warning message for me to check over server information (screenshot attached) which I said 'ok' to, then when I've gone to connect via site manager it just hangs, saying the site name at the top of FileZilla but "Not connected to any server" in the right hand pane. A colleague who's not run the update yet is still able to connect fine so I don't think it's an issue with our server.

Your server's certificate is expired. You need to contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance so that the certificate can be renewed.
