Always trust certifcate does not work on all sites

Description
When I open a site that has a certificate problem, the Unknown certificate window pops up. But the "Always trust certificate in future sessions" checkbox is not enabled so the next time I open FileZilla, I have to verify the site again. This only started happening in 3.13.1
The site I am trying to access is ktlcanada.com Other sites seem to not do this.

The server's certificate is expired and needs to be renewed.
