Unable to connect to server

Description
Multiple attempts to connect over 24 hours have all failed. The account is not new and the host, username, and password are all unchanged. Updated the version to 3.13.1 in an attempt to resolve the issue. Initial attempts to log in to FZ website for help were unsuccessful. Re-registered with exact same information in order to log in. Still no success.

No reply for more than 28 days.
I cannot connect to "nandanabellydance.com" either. Looks like the FTP server there is not running or there are some other problems. Talk to the server administrator.
For the firewall and router configuration wizard: Your operating system is not able to detect your external IP address, likely because you are not directly connected but using a router instead. But the wizard tells you so.
Use "Get external IP address from the following URL" and keep the default URL there.
