Unable to login to one server

Description
I am able to login to a lot of servers with FZ later the version 3.9.0.6, but one server refuses access. I have tried all versions but it is only that old version that is able to login to that server. I do not own the server. Log files attached.

Most likely your server is behind a firewall that is not configured correctly for explicit FTP over TLS. In that case contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance so that the server's firewall can get fixed.
