Description
GnuTLS error -15: An unexpected TLS packet was received.
Errore: Impossibile collegarsi al server
I can not put this site online.
me error only on account ATTOLLO
everything worked fine before the upgrade

Your server isn't configured correctly for FTP over TLS. In particular it accepts the AUTH TLS command even though it does now support FTP over TLS.
Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance so that the server can be fixed.
This is independent of the used FileZilla version. Even in the old version, using FTP over TLS would have failed with your server.
