upgraded to newer version today and now it wont work

Description
I upgraded to newer version today and now it won't work.
Getting errors such as:
-server not supporting ASCII characters
-Certificate unknown

Neither is an error. The first is to inform you that the server does not support non-ASCII characters. (Note the non- part)
Unknown certificates are not an error. FileZilla follows the TOFU (Trust upon first use) security model. If you see a certificate for the first time, you need to manually verify the certificate's fingerprint against a copy of the fingerprint you have received from the server administrator or server hosting provider over a secure channel (e.g. in person).
