Filezilla continues to upload file repeatedly

Description
When I drag a file from local site to the remote site it prompts me for action.
I select overwrite like I always have.
Filezilla shows the upload progression and status.
It gets to 100% and the actions window pops up again.
If you select overwrite, the whole process starts again.
If you hit cancel, it does cancel, but the file is always incomplete and not upload fully.
If on the actions screen I choose "always do this" in addition to the overwrite.
Filezilla will just keep going through the process over and over automatically.
It will keep doing it with no end.
