Description
if i want to send a pdf file to my pc the file transfer ends in an critical error only if one german umlaut is inside the filename (the file is created at server side with ISO8859)
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
FileZilla fully supports all characters, including umlauts
Note that this requires the server to support UTF-8. Use of any encoding other than US-ASCII or UTF-8 is not part of the FTP specifications. Either upgrade to a UTF-8 capable server or refrain from using non-ASCII characters.
See https://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Character_Set for details.
