Cannot lower window, stuck under the apple top bar Version:3.9.0.2

Description

The window is stuck on top, cannot maximize or minimize or lower, so cannot see about 1 inch on top.

Hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (or the Mac equivalent, I don't have an Apple keyboard) while starting FileZilla.
