command output scrolls over and obscures toolbar

Description

With the latest update, when I log into a site that generates command output that causes the window to scroll, the toolbar gets overwritten.
It seems that the boundaries of the output window is put over the toolbar.
After the toolbar gets obscured, hovering over most of the icons returns them to view.
