Cannot log into FTP..."Waiting for welcome message"

Hello - I cannot log into FTP. Each time I get an error message stating the following:

Could not connect to server

Status: Resolving address of fire.wavestreamer.com
Status: Connecting to 174.37.16.73:9446...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of fire.wavestreamer.com
Status: Connecting to 174.37.16.73:9446...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Unfortunately I do not know how to log each error, so I copied and pasted the information above. Please help, I have been so excited about transferring my media to cloud dj and this is the only thing that is stopping me.

The given log is from FileZilla (client), not FileZilla Server.

I tried using telnet and this is the result:

telnet 174.37.16.73 9446

Connected to 174.37.16.73.

GET / HTTP/1.0

ICY 401 Service Unavailable

So to sum it up, you are simply not connecting to an FTP server but to a SHOUTcast server.
