Cannot resize bottom columns (server/local file; direction; remote file...)

Description

The latest version (v3.7.1) cannot resize the lower pane columns under Win7 64bit. It was working in the past, please help to check, thanks!

It seems my system only, other .NET apps (keepass) also have this problem, pls close this ticket, thanks!
