public_html and public_ftp folders doesn´t appear

Description
Hi there.
Well, since the last update the folders public_html and public_fpt doesn´t appear in filezilla ftp client. I´ve verified at my server and the folders are there.
I attach pics about it.

Please enable "raw directory listing" and provide logs.
Maybe the web interface adds those directories virtually? That is, the directories as-is are not present, just some alias mapping or some other facility makes them show up in that listing.
