Slow loading times for disconnected network drives on Windows

Description
My system configuration has multiple mapped network drives, where one state connects to a few network shares at the office, and another state connects to a few network shares at home, but there will always be disconnected network drives.
Because of this (determined by removing the shares) FileZilla takes about 1-2 minutes to load. I think this means there needs to be an option to ignore checking network drives/determine earlier if they are not available so this can be fixed as I'm sure that other people will have experienced similar issues.

Cannot be fixed unfortunately. Merely listing all drives, their labels and icons causes Windows itself to access these disconnecting shares.
