Hello,
I'm failing to get a directory listing under special circumstances.
How to Reproduce:
1.) Create a directory named test test test ""d'test test"" test
2.) Place any file into the directory.
3.) Go into the directory and attempt to refresh the listing.
You should be presented with this error:
16:18:49 Command: CWD /test test test """"d'test test"""" test
16:18:49 Response: 550 Failed to change directory.
16:18:49 Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Please enable "show raw directory listing" in the debug options and attach a log. Thank you.

No reply for more than 28 days. Furthermore, FileZilla 3.7 is out now; maybe "Fix handling of remote paths containing double-quotes" fixes your issue.

Upon further testing it seems this can't be duplicated every time, please try this instead.
1.) Create a directory named test test test ""d'test test"" test
2.) Go into the directory and attempt to refresh the listing.
3.) Back out of that directory, then go back in and try refreshing again.
It should error after that. It should also show a second directory on the remote site listing that has too many quotation marks.
Attached example screenshot where it shows the second directory with too many quotes.
