tar and gzip via ssh protocol

Description
It would be nice if we could upload a tar or gziped file and allow us to untar / gunzip on the remote host if its a ssh protocol

This is a little bit related to #7296, but not entirely.
As far as I know, FileZilla implements SFTP, which is NOT SSH as-is. So maybe this is not possible at all right now.
