Problem to connect filezilla

Description

I am using FileZila, I was working and I just disconnect it, and again reconnect, this time it is giving me an error Connection timed out and Could not connect to server.

Status: Connecting to 174.120.189.222:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
Response: 220-You are user number 7 of 50 allowed.
Response: 220-Local time is now 19:09. Server port: 21.
Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Command: USER edenpark
Response: 331 User edenpark OK. Password required
Command: PASS
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Please help me.
