Cannot connect to Earthlink Webhosted server

Description
Earthlink changed "something" on the FTP process, and now I cannot connect to my webhosted domain using FileZilla 3.5.3
I can connect using Chrome/Firefox/Net2FTP. Using:
Host=ftp.bizmarts.com
User=bizmarts.com
PW: {not disclosed}
Port: 21

Any idea what I should look at? The Earthlink folks didn't have an answer and suggested ...yeah, you know what they said.
