Filezilla Locks up

Description
When using FileZilla, it shows 1971 Queued files. It starts transfering files and when it get to 981 queued files it stops tranfering files. I have tried it multiple times, restarted the computer, checked if I was using the current version of FileZilla and everytime it stops at 981.

Are you sure this is not a quota restriction by the server?
If so, what kind of files?
Did you try downloading less files? Does it stop at the same amount of downloaded files, of files left, or something like that?
