Password is not working

Description
I have tried to use all possible passwords to get into my site and I have tried resetting it as well. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the program and still can not get my ftp to open
my host is 174.120.246.62
leadales.com
my user name is leadales
can you help me??
I am operating on Windows 7

Please try another FTP client.
Unless some other client works it is very probably a server / login information issue.

Are you sure the password is corret?
Have you tried another FTP-Client (Maybe directly with your Browser on ftp://leadales.com/ )
Have you also tried to set explicit / implicit ssl options?
Can you please provide some more output, maybe the server-client conversation displayed in blue and green color on the screen?
