Opening local files does not use default application

Prcedure:
In the left pannel right click a file choose OPEN

Expected Results:
FileZilla will pass info to the operating system so that the file is opened using the default application for file type.

Acutal results:
the file is opened with a different application

Example: Choose a plain text file which I have set at Notepad++ as the default, it is opened with Notepad
