Password being incorrectly sent

Description
I can log into my server of choice using the same password using a different client, but trying to with FineZilla gets me:
Response: 331 Password required for riwebserver
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
Now I know the password is correct. I just used it to log in via another client.

Figured it out. Someone changed a password on one access method but not another. This is what we call administrative headache? xD
