Site Manager cannot use empty password in Filezilla 2.2.9

Description
In Site Manager, if you specify an ftp site and use
'Normal' Logontype and presses the 'Connect' button,
the 'Enter your password' dialog box must use non-null
(non-empty) password string, otherwise the 'OK' button
will be greyed out and cannot complete the login process.

I tested it with FileZilla 3 beta right now and it works for
me. I haven't tested current FileZilla 2, though.
