Description
on public or web hosting ftp servers which only work for 1 user at a time, filezilla for windows uses 2 connections. please fix.
apparently this does not happen with the unix version, tech support tells me (or he's just on top of the network and gets no delays, and thus no lockout after 5 minutes).
the server is an (possibly an overloaded) ProFTPD as usual.

I used to have the same problem with single-user hosts with anon ftp sites. I don't remember what they are, but I logged a bug in filezilla earlier. bug is still there. may have been with 2.x.

See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
Response: 530 Only one such user at a time.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
this is what I get after up to 5 minutes (or immediately) of downloading from hosting 100webspace.com they only allow 1 user. I have filezilla configured for 1 user, but I still get this and I get locked out. I have even disconnected and am only using the queue.
