Description
FileZilla server.exe tries to connect to internet on
66.35.250.209 port 80. If I allow this ccApp.exe crashes
and Outlook 2003 can not connect to the mailserver
anymore.
ccApp.exe seems to be a part of Symantec Norton
Internet Security 2003.
Why should Filezilla access Internet on port 80?
More detailed description in attached file.

Another perfect example why firewalls are bad.
The hostname filezilla.sourceforge.net resolves to
66.35.250.209. On this host the default ip detection script
is located. It get's used if you have selected to detect
your external IP address by a remote script (see Passive
mode page in FZS settings dialog).
About the crashes, your system is broken, try updating and
or reinstalling.
