Compilation on Linux fails

Description
commandqueue.cpp/.h are in lower case while Mainfrm.cpp
tries to #include it as CommandQueue.h
In Windows, this is fine, but on UNIX, this fails.

Will be fixed sometime in the future. Please do not report
FZ3 bugs until the first beta of FZ3 will get released.
