I can't able to set default permission of uploading file?

Description
Hi..
First, thank for your program..
Qeustion is this..
When I upload the files, permission of Uploaded file set
Automatically -rw------- (600) mode..
I frequently would do use this program for web
development. So, default permission of uploaded file
must be 755 or etc.
And Now I manually modified permission of these file...
Please make to modify configuration that...
Please overlook that my English is short.. ;;
