Cannot connect to server! using FileZilla client

Description
Trying to commect to your server to access files for transferring to our site.
We are getting the error: "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
We have been using this software for a long time and never had this problem. It just started today.
I am using the latest version of the software.
We need an answer for this problem.

Do you still have that problem? Are you sure FileZilla Server is running and accepting connections? Do you use the correct port? Can you provide logs?
